Book a Neighbourhood Centre
Bookings are accepted during the periods listed below through the Neighbourhood Recreation Centre Application Form. After the deadline has passed, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis:
- April 1 to May 1 for the summer period between July 1 to August 31
- May 1 to June 1 for the fall period between September 1 to December 31
- September 1 to October 1 for the winter/spring period between January 1 to June 30

Book the City Hall Courtyard
Book Pat Fiacco Plaza
This outdoor, four-season cultural events venue features a performance stage, lighting, electrical and water services and plenty of space for participants, spectators and vendors. Central Scheduling
Central Scheduling books the facilities listed below. Most applications are accepted only during certain periods as noted. Following the deadline, bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Call Central Scheduling at 306-777-7979 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or send an email to centralscheduling@regina.ca to find information on a facility’s availability, fees and charges, or to book a facility for your activity. Central Scheduling is located at 1717 Elphinstone Street, in the Sportplex. The fax is 306-777-6826.
Book an Athletic Field, Ball Diamond or the Canada Games Athletic Complex
Ball Diamond applications are accepted from December 1-15 each year. Allocation begins on February 1.

Book an Indoor Arena
Arena bookings for October to March are accepted from March 15 to 31 each year. Off-season booking for April to September are accepted October 1 to 15. Applications received after the deadlines will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Bookings for May to October at Mosaic Stadium are accepted from January 1 to 31.

Book an Outdoor Skating Rink
Arena bookings for December to February are accepted from December 1-31 each year. Applications received after the deadlines will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Book an Outdoor Tennis Court
We recommend groups looking to book tennis courts for tennis or pickleball submit rental applications in January to ensure availability, after January, bookings are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Book a Park or Picnic Site
Applications accepted beginning the first Tuesday of September for the May to October season. Picnic sites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Book a School Facility
School facilities are available for rent Monday to Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. To book at a high school, please contact the school to determine whether the date is available before submitting an application to Central Scheduling for processing.
