City Property for Sale & Lease

The City of Regina's Real Estate department is responsible for:

• providing real estate information for City-owned properties
• selling City-owned industrial and commercial properties
• leasing City-owned land and buildings
• selling tax enforcement properties
• obtaining or providing easement rights, operating agreements and encroachments

City Properties for Housing Development

The City offers properties for sale or lease to support the development of affordable, supportive, and transitional housing. Recognized community land trusts and eligible housing providers are eligible to buy or lease properties at below market prices. See Regina.ca/CPHD for more information.
