11th Avenue – Rose Street to Osler Street 

Starting at 8 a.m. on April 7, 11th Avenue will be closed from Rose St to Broad St and Broad St to Osler Street. The Broad and 11th intersection will remain open. This closure is part of the 11th Avenue Revitalization Project. Visit Regina.ca/11thAvenue for updates.
