- Main pool ranging in depth from .45 to 3 metres
- Pool features include a slide, frog slide, umbrella rain tree and 1-metre diving board
- Accessible overhead sling lift on pool deck
- Large warm tot pool with spray bar, tot slide & spraying rubber rock

- Activity room
- Strength & conditioning area with 15 cardio machines including treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, stair masters & rowers, 10 strength training machines for every major muscle group and flexibility and core strength training areas
- Accessible family changeroom with overhead lift and plinth
- All gender/family changeroom with overhead lift and plinth
- Accessible washroom in the lobby area
- Changerooms with accessible washroom stall
