Special City Council Meeting Scheduled for July 9
A special meeting of City Council will be held Tuesday, July 9 at 9 a.m. in accordance with authority provided in The Cities Act.
The meeting agenda will include the following items tabled from the June 26 City Council meeting:
- CR24-76 Debt Capacity & Financing of Unfunded Capital Projects
- CR24-74 Central Library Renewal Project Debt Financing Report (including the related tabled delegations & communications)
- CM24-9 Saskatchewan Drive Corridor Plan (including the related tabled delegations & communications)
- CR24-87 Development Charges Policy and Model Review
- CR24-51 Potential Allocation Investment Income to Reserves
- CR24-53 Capital Project and Reserve Funding
- CR24-52 Quarterly Financial Statements Preparation
The meeting agenda will be available on Friday, July 5 at 1 p.m. on Regina.ca/meetings.
Pursuant to section 16(11.1)(a) of The Procedure Bylaw, Bylaw No. 9004, citizens not previously registered as a delegation to address City Council on any of the above noted items, will not be permitted to register to address City Council at the July 9 special City Council meeting. Only those delegations and written communication that registered to address City Council at its June 26 meeting will be permitted to address City Council at the July 9 meeting.
This meeting will be streamed live on Regina.ca/meetings, MyAccess.ca, and when community programming permits, televised on the AccessNow Community Channel.
