Regina City Council Sworn In
The swearing in of Regina’s 2024-2028 City Council took place tonight at City Hall. Eleven Council members, comprised of one mayor and 10 councillors, swore their oaths before their family, dignitaries and members of City Administration.
Following the ceremony, a brief Council meeting was held to approve the elections results, solidifying the new council as official. The ceremony and council meeting were live streamed on Access TV.
The 2024-2028 Regina City Council members are:

Ward 1 – Dan Rashovich
Ward 2 – George Tsiklis
Ward 3 – David Froh
Ward 4 – Mark Burton
Ward 5 – Sarah Turnbull
Ward 6 – Victoria Flores
Ward 7 – Shobna Radons
Ward 8 – Shanon Zachidniak
Ward 9 – Jason Mancinelli
Ward 10 – Clark Bezo
Councillors Shanon Zachidniak for Ward 8, and Jason Mancinelli for Ward 9, are the two returning Council members.
City Council has two weeks of onboarding and training. The next regular meetings will be for Executive Committee on Wednesday, December 4 and City Council on Wednesday, December 11.
