City Celebrates National Volunteer Week, April 27 to May 3
During National Volunteer Week, from April 27 to May 3, 2025, the City of Regina is celebrating the incredible individuals who dedicate their time, energy and compassion to making our community stronger, more connected and more inclusive.
This year’s national theme, “Volunteers Make Waves”, highlights the powerful ripple effect that volunteer efforts have in our city. Volunteers support 27 Community Associations and five Zone Boards, and they enhance programs and services that benefit all residents. Whether they are coaching youth sports, organizing cultural events or helping out at local gatherings, volunteers play a vital role in shaping the fabric of our community.
Residents are encouraged to get involved or recognize a volunteer who is making a difference. By visiting Regina.ca/Volunteer, you can sign up as a volunteer or recognize someone for a chance to win a gift.
Join us in thanking the many volunteers whose dedication continues to make waves of positive change throughout Regina.
