Property owners agree to follow the Boulevard Landscape Guidelines
Property owners must confirm the location of underground utilities with Sask1stcall.com before doing any work to their boulevard.
Property owners may not remove or amend any tree as per the Forestry Bylaw. Trees on boulevard space belong to the City of Regina.
Planting height must follow Traffic Bylaw 9900 Schedule H(1) Intersection Sight Line Controls
Property owners accept all liability and risk of developing the boulevard space

I/we have read, understood and agree to follow the Boulevard Landscapes Guidelines, Traffic Bylaw 9900 Schedule H(1) Intersection Sight Line Controls and Forestry Bylaw guidelines. I/we agree to accept liability and fully indemnify the City if the subject boulevard space causes harm to people, pets, vehicles or other property. I/we understand that The City of Regina does not take responsibility for injury or damage caused by my/our transformed boulevard space. I/we agree that the City of Regina shall not be required to provide any compensation for damage to the boulevard space whatever the cause, including work completed by City crews on or near the boulevard, including snow and ice management.*
