Most Outdoor Boarded Rinks Re-opening
Majority of non-boarded rinks closed for the remainder of the season
The City of Regina will be re-opening most of its outdoor boarded rinks, as it was determined the ice melt wasn’t so significant that they couldn’t be salvaged. Some of the boarded rinks are open now, while others continue to be flooded and will open soon.
The majority of non-boarded rinks were not able to be saved and are closed for the remainder of the season.
The rinks currently open are:
- Assiniboine Park (non-boarded)
- City Square Plaza/Victoria Park (non-boarded)
- Dr. A. E. Perry (boarded)
- Eastview Park (boarded)
- Fairchild Park (boarded)
- Grassick Playground (boarded)
- Leslie Park (boarded)
- McMurchy Park (boarded)
- McNab Park (non-boarded)
- McVeety Park (boarded)
- Rosemont School Park (boarded)
- Ruth M. Buck Park (boarded)
