CSIR seeks to maintain a Board comprised of talented and dedicated directors with a diverse mix of expertise, experience, skills and backgrounds. The skills and backgrounds collectively represented on the Board reflect the diverse nature of the environment and community we serve.
The City of Regina is the sole shareholder of CSIR. CSIR operates independently but collaboratively with the City in accordance with a Unanimous Members Agreement established between the parties. The CSIR Board is made up of no more than 16 members and no fewer than nine.
