Canadian Navigable Waters Act Notice - Albert St & 19th Ave

The City of Regina hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description. Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the Act, The City of Regina has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 12396, a description of the following work: Storm water drainage replacement works at Wascana creek at NE 13-17-20 W2M at the intersection of Albert Street and 19th Avenue, at speakers corner.
