Canadian Navigable Waters Act Notice - 12297
The City of Regina hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, City of Regina has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca) and under registry number 12297 a description of the following work, its site and plans:
to construct twin 900 mm pipelines within temporary cofferdams and silt curtains to carry wastewater to the McCarthy Boulevard Wastewater Pumping Station, north of Wascana Creek. As part of this project the Kent Street outfall will be rehabilitated within the southern cofferdam. More information is presented in the common project search registry.
In, on, over, under, through, or across Wascana Creek at A.E. Wilson Park west of the McCarthy Boulevard Bridge in Regina, Saskatchewan in front of lot number from 50.458688°, -104.674469° to 50.458189°, -104.674485°.

Note that comments will be considered only if they are received not later than 30 days after the publication of this notice.
