Corporate Services integrates people, technology, fleet and facilities into one division. It provides oversight and strategies for the management of the City’s culture, approach to technological innovation, and contribution to efficiency and sustainability through our buildings and fleet.
The division equips staff with technology, process, physical workspace and equipment to do their jobs, while creating a safe, healthy and engaging work environment. It also ensures safe and welcoming recreation and public facilities for residents and tourists to Regina.

Ted Schisler, Deputy City Manager of Corporate Services
Ted Schisler joined the City of Regina as Deputy City Manager, Corporate Services in February 2024 after 26 years in the Canadian credit union system and 7 years with the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation. He has held roles in Human Resources, Business Strategy and Operations throughout his career. Ted is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree.
