Licences are now available for purchase or renewal with our online portal.

To renew your licence:

1. Visit our portal to create an account. After your account is created, stop and complete step 2.
2. Email licences@regina.ca to let us know you created a profile. Be sure to include your licence number, name and contact information.
   • City staff will link your information in the system and let you know when this is complete.
3. Once your information is linked, you can then renew your licence.

To apply for a new licence:

1. Visit our portal, select the type of licence you require and create a new profile.
2. Follow the online prompts to submit your application.
3. Pay the required fees.

BizPaL is an online business permits and licences service which will provide you with a customized list of which permits and licences you will need to obtain from all levels of government to properly license your new business.
