The City of Regina advises residents and businesses of potential disruption to City services in the event of a Canada Post strike.
The vast majority of City services provide multiple methods of payment and to submit information, typically including phone, online, and in person at City Hall. Please check below for information on each service to find out more about your options. If you cannot find a solution that works for you, please submit a Service Request online or call Service Regina at 306-777-7000.
Residents are encouraged to use methods of payment that don’t use the mail to make payment deadlines. In cases in which residents were not able to find an alternative way to make payments and their payment is delayed due to the strike, the City may waive interest or penalty.
